Being AQF 5 Consulting Arborists we can prepare Pre Purchase Inspection reports, Preliminary tree assessments, Arboricultural Impact Assessments, Tree Location and Protection Plans,  whilst looking after Conditions of Consent relating to Councils Conditions of Consent in accordance with AS 4970 - 2009, Protection of trees on development sites. Most Councils will request an assessment from an AQF 5 Consulting Arborist, regarding a site and how or if the proposed building envelope or infrastructure,  impacts the tree/s health and growing conditions.

Site Visits & Fee Proposals

Once you contact us we can provide you with advice and we may ask for relevant Architectural Plans and Survey plans to gain an idea of your requirements. This may lead to providing you with a Fee Proposal to attend the site and preparation of an Arborist Report to assess trees upon the site, adjacent sites and Councils street trees. 

Arborist Reports 

Once we have attended the site we can get started on assessing all the trees that may be impacted by your proposal. The trees condition, their significance within the landscape and ongoing retention value relating to impacts from the proposal are all considered and in accordance with the relevant Councils tree management Policies and AS 4970 - 2009, Protection of trees on development sites.

  Conditions of Consent with Tree Protection Measures

Once your project has been determined by Council, they may send you Conditions of Consent relating to Conditions that need to be addressed before, during and after the build process. We specialise in addressing all tree Protection measures imposed by the Conditions of Consent and provide certificates of compliance.

Our industry experience in Landscape construction, Landscape Design, Arboriculture and Horticulture, allows us to represent our clients in Court and confidently obtain and provide for the best outcomes for the proposal.
